How Three Interns from PSG Arts Made a Real Impact at ANAIMALAIS COCO
By Mouli, Junior Web Developer – ANAIMALAIS COCO
In the month of May, ANAIMALAIS COCO had the opportunity to collaborate with PSG Arts & Science College through their Incubation Center. We were approached with a request to host three students for a 15-day internship. At first, we weren’t sure what to expect — we wondered, “Will they meet our standards? Can they contribute meaningfully in such a short time?” With half a mind, we agreed to take them on.
What happened next completely changed our perspective.
First Impressions That Last
We began their internship with a simple yet important task: analyze our company and present a detailed report with observations and suggestions. Within a few days, we received their analysis — and it truly surprised us.
The students, having undergone just five days of training at their college, presented a sharp, insightful, and constructive review of our business. They highlighted even the tiniest flaws we had overlooked and offered practical solutions that we could immediately consider. Their critical thinking and problem-solving approach were far beyond what we anticipated.
Embracing Technology and Innovation
What impressed us even more was their use of modern technology and AI tools in their work. From competitor research to digital performance evaluation, they made use of the latest platforms to support their suggestions with real data and trends.
Their work didn’t stop at analysis alone. They actively contributed to our digital marketing efforts, crafting:
Well-written product descriptions
Creative and targeted social media posts
Engaging videos
Smartly chosen hashtags
The result? Our online audience grew, and we started seeing a rise in lead generation — all thanks to their fresh ideas and strategic content.
A Valuable Experience for All
All three interns displayed a strong work ethic, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout their internship. They were proactive, quick learners, and passionate about making a real difference. It was clear to us that they weren’t just fulfilling a college requirement — they were genuinely invested in learning and contributing.
At ANAIMALAIS COCO, we believe in nurturing young talent and providing real-world learning opportunities. This internship reminded us how much value students can bring when given the right space and encouragement.
We sincerely thank the PSG Arts Incubation Center for this collaboration. And to the three interns — we’re incredibly proud of what you achieved in just 15 days. We wish you all the success in your careers and hope to see you rise to great heights.
